- Build patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, water features, and more.
- Drive a truck with a trailer and operate excavators, skid steers, grading equipment, etc.
- Lead a team, talk with clients, work with vendors.
Your Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a landscape construction crew leader or foreman.
- Ability to solve problems using creative solutions.
Our Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Compensation:
Compensation is a package of hourly pay plus unique benefits. This position starts between $23 – $26 per hour, or more if your qualifications call for a higher rate. Your compensation will grow as fast as you do!
The Job:
- Assist foreman with building patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, water features, and more.
- Learn to operate necessary equipment.
Your Qualifications:
- Past construction experience or experience working with enhancement crews very helpful, but not required. We will train.
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative.
Our Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Compensation:
Compensation is a package of hourly pay plus unique benefits. This position starts between $18 – $22 per hour, or more if your qualifications call for a higher rate. Your compensation will grow as fast as you do!
The Job:
- Install new landscape plants, grass, and mulching materials. Prune and care for living landscapes and hardscape structures. Assist other crews with projects.
- Drive a truck with a trailer and operate necessary tools and equipment.
- Lead a team, talk with clients, work with vendors.
Your Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a landscape enhancement crew leader or foreman.
- Ability to solve problems using creative solutions.

- Ability to pass a drug test.

Compensation is a package of hourly pay plus unique benefits. This position starts between $21 – $22 per hour, or more if your qualifications call for a higher rate. Your compensation will grow as fast as you do!
The Job:
- Assist foreman with the installation of new landscape plants, grass, and mulching materials. Care for living landscapes and hardscape structures. Assist other crews with projects.

The Job:
- Maintain lawns and garden beds, prune live landscapes, and provide spring and fall cleanup services.
- Operate and service all equipment and technology including truck, trailer, mowers (rider, walk behind, and push), string trimmers, back pack blowers, power sheers, and electronics.

- Assist the foreman in maintaining lawns and garden beds, and provide spring and fall cleanup services.
- Learn to operate and service equipment including mowers (rider, walk behind, and push), string trimmers, back pack blowers, power sheers, and electronics.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience not required, we will train.
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.

- Ability to pass a drug test.
